These skills sessions are for 10U, 12U and 14U/15U house C players. Must be registered in the KOHA house C program to register.

COST:  $200 for 4 sessions & $100 for two ADULT sessions

 

The clinic will feature Professional POWER (Performance Optimized With Edges & Reactions) Skating Coach Marcie Kierpiec focusing on skating technique.  The on-ice focus will consist of deep edge control, quick transitions, agility and balance drills as well as many other skating movements that are applicable to the game of hockey.  Marcie is a renowned skating instructor with extensive experience working with hockey players and the USA Hockey National Development Team Program.

12:00 to 12:50PM - KOHA on ice training

1:30 to 2:20PM - AM off ice training

3:40 to 4:30PM ­- KOHA on ice training

COST:  $225

KOHA and Athletic Mentors partners to offer an academy style training opportunity for Holiday Break!  Goaltenders will receive four on ice sessions featuring the KOHA Skill Development Team Staff and two off-ice training session with Athletic Mentors at Wings West. 

The KOHA Skill Development Staff will instruct to optimize and enhance a players’ complete skill set.  The goaltending component is designed to focus on goalie development, skill acquisition and enhancement specifically targeting habits and techniques for the most critical position.

Athletic Mentors will feature specific training modules within the areas of physical, mental, and recovery management.  From energy systems development, to reactionary and flexibility movements, and recovery strategies, KOHA players will emerge as well-developed athletes powered by the perseverance and commitment that transcends talent.
