USA HOCKEY LEVEL 4 COACHES CLINIC

May 30 - June 1st at Western Michigan University

For anyone who needs or is interested in obtaining a Level 4 USA Hockey Coaching Certification, there will be a clinic offered May 30th - June 1st at Western Michigan University.  This is an excellent opportunity to attend a Level 4 clinic right in our own backyard which does NOT happen often.  The content and guest speakers that are lined up are excellent and will provide valuable insight to being a successful coach.  Keep in mind that once you obtain a Level 4 certification, you will not be require4d to renew at levels 1, 2, or 3 ever again.

 HOUSE B REGISTRATION

Saturday, June 7

9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon

House B Registration will be held on Saturday, June 7th, 2008, from

 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon in the lower level lobby of The Cube.

You MUST bring the following with you in order to register.  There will be NO exceptions!  If you do not have BOTH of the items listed below, you will not be allowed to register.

1.     You MUST register with USA Hockey at www.usahockey.com.  You will receive a confirmation email from USA Hockey that has your son/daughter’s confirmation code.  You MUST bring this with you.  This needs to be turned in with your registration paperwork.  We are no longer manually processing USA Hockey memberships at the request of USA Hockey.

 

2.    You MUST have your son/daughter’s birth certificate.  This does NOT need to be a certified copy.  A copy made on a copy machine is all we need.  DO NOT GIVE US YOUR ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE.  MAHA is requesting us to collect birth certificates.  It does not matter whether you turned one in last year or not.
