The Finnish Ice Hockey Association (FIHA) is sending two of their Regional Managers to the United States and they are visiting our club!

On Monday, December 3rd,  FIHA regional managers  Peka Peltola and Jari Saastamoinen will be on the ice with our 10U & 12U House B Bronco players & coaches for Skills Night.

The focus of the FIHA visit -  to observe the USA Hockey Model Association. USAH has hosted FIHA in previous years, and we are proud that KOHA continues to be a destination for these visits. There probably aren't many clubs in the country that have had FIHA coaches on the ice with their players as many times as KOHA has had the privilege.

Also visiting that evening will be USAH ADM Regional Managers Bob Mancini and Dan Jablonic  as well as Jack Witt, USA Hockey's Coach-in-Chief for the Michigan District.

After the on-ice portion of the night, our coaches will have the opportunity to gather with our special guests in an informal meeting/Q&A setting.

If you have any questions about this visit, please contact our Hockey Director, Matt Kakabeeke at Matt@koha.com.
