8U+ PROGRAM

With the uncertainty of the direction from the LCAHL and the restrictions/guidelines on divisional play, KOHA has decided to move forward as follows with our 8U + program for the 2020-21 season:

We will be offering our Wednesday night skills session to the first 30 8U players that register for the program. This will consist of 18 skills sessions along with 18 sessions of dryland training with Athletic Mentors. The cost of the program will be $600. This is in addition to KOHA's regular 8U season fees; players will not be allowed to participate in our 8U+ program if they are not also registered for our regular 8U season.

If it is determined that we can place teams in the 8U program with the LCAHL this season, we will form teams based on the number of players participating in the 8U + skill sessions along with the number of families that want to play in the league. There may be league restrictions on the number of teams which could also impact the number of teams KOHA can place in the league.

If we are able to move forward with league play, we will announce how we intend to choose the teams from the players in the 8U+ program and what additional fees will be required from families due to league registration and uniform costs.
