On Tuesday,  March 2, 2020, USA Hockey’s Executive Director and President released a joint statement regarding their monitoring of the growing concerns associated with Coronavirus (COVID-19) as it relates to USA Hockey activities. The latest can be found here.

This weekend KOHA is not only hosting the MAHA 14U House B State Tournament, it is the final day for our House C season which means our Beginning Hockey Teams, 6U and 8U programs as well as our 9-11U and 12-14U House C teams will be participating in the Annual Parfet Cup Day celebration as our 55th Season winds down.

In light of the increased attention on how best to avoid spreading germs, we are urging our KOHA participants to:

  • Bring their own water bottles to events.
  • Practice frequent and meticulous hand-washing with soap and water or alcohol-based hand rub
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands
  • Cover your nose and mouth when coughing and/or sneezing with a tissue or flexed elbow
  • Handshake lines after games should include fist bumps with gloves on
