WHAT IS OPEN GYM?

 

Open Gym sessions are led by our experienced coaches who have developed programs to facilitate the athlete’s fitness development for sport and for life.  Participants will see improvements in strength, balance, speed and agility that will translate to improved game performance and better health.   The oversight of our well trained coaches will ensure a safe environment with movements that are appropriate for each participant.
