KOHA is honored to be hosting the 2018 MAHA Mite (8U) State Championship Tournament on March 3rd & 4th! This is a GREAT opportunity for the kids to experience playing against other associations in a tournament atmosphere, and for KOHA to showcase our skill development efforts at the state level.

We will be holding selection skates for interested players, and the KOHA Skills Team will determine the rosters for each of the three teams we will be entering into the tournament.

MAHA rules dictate that this opportunity is open to 2009 & 2010 birth years ONLY who currently skate in KOHA's 8U program.

8U TEAM SELECTION SKATE DATES:
February 10 (Saturday) - 2:45pm-3:45pm WINGS WEST
February 11 (Sunday) - 12:45pm-2:00pm WINGS WEST
*Skaters MUST plan to attend BOTH dates

SELECTION SKATE FEE: $45 (total for BOTH skates, NOT each)
REGISTRATION NOW OPEN

COMMITMENT FEE: $85 (includes tournament fee, practice ice & jerseys)
*Checks are due AT SELECTION SKATES and will only be cashed if your skater is selected for one of the three teams.

Each team will have 9 players - 8 skaters plus a goalie. If your skater is interested in being a goalie, he or she MUST dress as a goalie at the selection skates.

A member of the KOHA Skills Team will coach each team, and a goalie coach will be on the ice for selection skates and team practices.
