Scholastic Patch Honor Roll Application
(For KOHA registered members in the Third Grade and above)

Application Deadline is March 1, 2012

KOHA believes in awarding scholastic achievement, as well as excellence in sports. Our hockey program concentrates on providing an honor roll award called the “scholastic patch" as a way to recognize those students in our program who possess better-than-average work patterns in their scholastic endeavors.
